Moss Haven brings a fully stocked Moss Bar right to your home, venue or event.
Choose the project your group wants to make and we’ll arrive with everything you need to create it—from preserved mosses and dried botanicals to natural materials, carefully selected faux elements, tools and plenty of inspiration.
We’ll set up The Moss Bar, get you acquainted with everything and leave you and your guests to create at your own pace.
Chat. Laugh. Catch up. Browse The Moss Bar for whatever catches your eye and make something completely your own.
When your Moss Bar time is over, we’ll return to pack everything up and take care of the Moss Bar cleanup.
No instructor. No formal class. Just a really fun way to spend time together—and everyone leaves with something they made themselves.
First, Choose Your Project
Every Moss Bar booking begins by choosing what your group will make. Select from our current Moss Haven projects, including Moss Art Frames & Mirrors, Vintage Candle Holders and seasonal projects.
All guests will create the same project, but what they do with it is entirely up to them. With different mosses, textures and materials to choose from, no two finished pieces need to look alike.
We’ll Bring The Moss Bar
We’ll arrive before your event and set everything up so it’s ready when your guests arrive.
Your Moss Bar includes:
- Our 6-foot Moss Bar table and botanical backdrop
- Your chosen project for each booked guest
- Variety of preserved mosses
- Natural elements and dried botanicals
- Carefully selected faux elements
- Individual trays so guests can “shop” The Moss Bar for their materials
- Glue guns, glue sticks and other project supplies
- Printed project instructions and design guidance
- Protective table covering for your crafting area
- Setup before your event
- Pack-up and Moss Bar cleanup afterward
The materials provided are portioned for the number of guests included in your booking, with plenty for everyone to complete their project.
What You’ll Provide
We’ll bring the creative part. You’ll just need to provide:
- A table or work surface with enough room for your guests to create
- Seating for each participant
- Enough space for The Moss Bar itself
- Access to a standard electrical outlet for the glue guns and power bar
And, of course, the guests and refreshments of your choice.
How Much Space Does The Moss Bar Need?
The Moss Bar is designed to make an impact, so please make sure you have enough space available before booking.
Table: approximately 6 ft wide × 2.5 ft deep
Backdrop: adds approximately 8 inches to the overall depth
Height: approximately 7–8 ft and can be adjusted for lower ceilings
We recommend allowing a little additional space around The Moss Bar so guests can comfortably browse and “shop” for their materials.
Pricing
Moss Bar Setup — $225
This covers delivery within our local service area, setup of the complete Moss Bar and backdrop, use of our display pieces and equipment, and our return for pack-up and Moss Bar cleanup.
Your Project — priced per guest
The project you choose determines the per-person cost.
For example:
Seasonal Moss Tree — $45 per guest
A minimum booking of 6 guests applies.
A refundable damage deposit of $75 is also required with each booking.
Upgrade to The Deluxe Moss Bar
Looking for an over the top experience?
The Deluxe Moss Bar is an elevated, fully hosted version of The Moss Bar with an expanded selection of materials, specialty finds and 1–2 Moss Haven hosts present throughout your experience.
Our Moss Haven hosts will stay throughout your creative time to demonstrate techniques, answer questions and help your guests with their designs.
